1. Service-Based Nature of Our Business

Since we provide digital services, support, and technical work on WordPress websites, our services are delivered electronically and cannot be “returned.” Refunds are therefore limited and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If the service purchased was not delivered as agreed.

  • If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

  • If you cancel your order before work has started.

  • If we are unable to complete the service due to technical reasons on our end.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Services already delivered or completed.

  • Issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, hosting providers, or other external factors outside our control.

  • Change of mind after the service has been initiated.

  • Delays due to lack of required access, information, or cooperation from the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation of a service before we begin working.

  • Once work has started, cancellations will not be accepted unless agreed mutually.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or administrative charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
